As we continue building momentum around the FIFA Men’s World Cup, we are launching this NJYS World Cup Insider — a regular update designed to share key opportunities, events, and ways for our soccer community to get involved.
Friday, June 12th

Saturday, June 13th
- NYNJ Stadium: Brazil vs Morocco, 6:00pm ET Kickoff
- Union City Soccer Festival: A one-day free festival/watch party held at the Union City Midtown Athletic Conference (Jose Martí STEM Academy) 9:00am – 6:00pm.
- The Dome at Adventure Crossing: First Public Watch Party, from 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Haddon Heights: Saturday Heights Live Watch Party, from 3:00pm – 9:00pm

NYNJ World Cup 2026 Jersey Fan Hub
The fan hub will host four (4) World Cup preparation matches between May 30 and June 7, featuring World Cup-qualified teams such as Morocco, Norway, Ecuador, Scotland, and Czechia. Starting June 13 and running through July 15, Sports Illustrated Stadium will serve as the NYNJ Host Committee’s Official FIFA World Cup 26TM Watch Party Destination in New Jersey. Jersey Fan Hub will allow fans to have the opportunity to watch FIFA World Cup matches surrounded by thousands of fellow supporters inside a professional soccer stadium, with a 60’ screen on the stadium field, live broadcasts, entertainment, giveaways, cultural celebrations, family-friendly activities, player appearances, and much more. The full schedule will be announced soon, including a concert series that already includes Kygo and Kaleo, with many more to be announced. Dream Fan Fest, at the American Dream Mall, is a 39-day celebration surrounding the World Cup featuring viewing parties, live entertainment, celebrity and costume character appearances, brand activations, youth soccer clinics, giveaways, and more. Participating partners include U.S. Soccer, adidas, New York Giants, New York Jets, New York Mets, Red Bull New York, Gotham FC, retired U.S. Men’s National Team players Geoff Cameron and Brek Shea, Sesame Workshop, iHeartRadio, New York Cosmos, New Jersey Youth Soccer, Marcus Samuelsson, Consulate of Mexico in New Brunswick and others.
