The New Jersey Youth Soccer State Cup presented by Players Health is nearing conclusion for the 11U-14U age groups, with the semifinals taking place this Saturday, November 19th, and finals on Sunday, November 20th. The single elimination format National Championship Series, Presidents Cup and Challenge Cup competitions are set to take place at venues across the Garden State.
“We are excited to host the semifinal and final match-ups this weekend,” said Ryan Foley, NJYS Manager of Communications and Strategy. “The culmination of the fall competition is sure to have action packed matchups from the top teams in our state.”
In addition to top teams from around the state, the semifinals and finals feature top New Jersey referees that were specially selected by the NJ State Referee Committee. The event serves as an education and identification opportunity for officials, who will receive referee coaching by certified mentors throughout the matches.
