As membership (programs & clubs) prepares for its winter schedule of events, Futsal training by teams is provided the following benefits:

• INSURANCE COVERAGE:  Insurance claims for injuries to players that occur during a sanctioned team training (subject for review to determine coverage for claims).  Note that players must have a current NJYS seasonal year pass (recreation or travel) to be covered by NJ Youth Soccer.

As membership (programs & clubs) prepares for its winter schedule of events, Futsal competitions in the 2021-2022 seasonal year (Futsal tournaments & leagues) can be sanctioned through NJ Youth Soccer.  A sanctioned competition receives:

• INSURANCE COVERAGE:  Insurance coverage for injuries to players that occur during a sanctioned competition (subject for review to determine coverage for claims) is provided to  players who have a current seasonal year pass (recreation or travel). For those members that wish to start a Futsal competition (e.g. League or tournament) and be a direct member of U.S. Futsal (that includes insurance coverage through U.S. Futsal) may also register their players and coaches for U.S. Futsal directly through NJ Youth Soccer ($7 fee per player, $5 fee per coach).
  

• BENEFITS:  Non-affiliated Players and Coaches may register through NJ Youth Soccer or U.S. Futsal directly and receive Insurance Coverage. 

• MARKETING:  Competitions will be listed on the NJYS website and circulated via the newsletter to memberships.

The competition fees for sanctioning are as follows:

• Fewer than 100 teams: $150
• Between 101 and 300 teams: $300
• More than 301 teams:  $500
