In support of the G3 initiative, New Jersey Youth Soccer is proud to offer an ODP Scholarship. This scholarship will award one girl, who tries out and makes the NJ ODP team, with a full scholarship to the program.

New Jersey Olympic Development Program is an identification system linked to the United States Soccer Federation and US Youth Soccer. ODP offers to New Jersey players of the highest caliber a path which could lead to representing State, Regional and U.S. National Youth Teams.

The ODP identifies a pool of players for each age group to represent New Jersey in regional competition against other state teams. By playing with like-talented athletes, ODP enables players to advance more rapidly in their personal development. Additionally, ODP players receive more opportunities to be scouted by college coaches. Further identification is made of players that can be recommended for Regional Team selection.
