Before you begin to put your paperwork together, please take a minute to consider the following:
 

(1) Use the Travel Team Age Table to determine the soccer age of your players. The birth year for soccer begins on August 1.  Players born on or after August 1 are eligible to play in that age group for the entire seasonal year that will begin in September.  Remember that the oldest player on the team determines your team’s age group.

(2) You cannot have an overage player on your team.

(3)  If you have a small sided team, that is, a U8, U9, or U10 team, please read the Small Sided Policies concerning the age of players of small sided teams.  There are no exceptions to these policies, so please don't ask for one.

(4)  Remember the roster size limits, especially following the Fall season when getting ready for the Spring season.  Some teams lose a lot of players between the seasons.  If you lose large number of players, you may not have room on your roster to add players to keep the team viable.   A little planning at the beginning of the Fall season may avoid problems later in the year.

(5)  Double check that all information is correct and consistent through all forms.

REMEMBER: NO PASS – NO PLAY - NO EXCEPTIONS! (this applies to coaches also)
