New Jersey Youth Soccer is pleased to share with you our October Recreation Newsletter to keep you informed of the latest news and programs being offered by NJ Youth Soccer. We endeavor to increase our communication via this monthly initiative.

NJYS Play of the Month

NJ Youth Soccer is teaming-up with the New York Red Bulls and Sky Blue FC to celebrate the best on-field moments in the region for our "Play of the Month" initiative. This is an opportunity for NJ Youth Soccer players and teams to share their achievements, fun on the field and win a monthly prize from the New York Red Bulls or Sky Blue FC. This could be an individual goal, save, string of passes or any soccer activity that celebrates success and achievement on the field. Just tag @NJYouthSoccer on social media when you post a video, and make sure to use #NJYSplayofthemonth.

NJ Youth Soccer Honored as trimino Brands Youth Soccer Organization of the Year

New Jersey Youth Soccer was recently honored by Sky Blue FC of the National Women's Soccer League as the trimino Brands Youth Soccer Organization of the Year, with the organization being acknowledged for the work of its TOPSoccer program for young athletes with special needs. Read more.

Clif Kid Raise the Bar Award

Each month, US Youth Soccer recognizes one male and one female Player of the Month with the Clif Kid Raise the Bar Award. Clif Kid will provide each recipient with a prize pack featuring Clif bars, apparel, a $25 gift card and more! Make a nomination.

NJ Youth Soccer is Offering Three College Scholarship Opportunities

New Jersey Youth Soccer is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities for New Jersey students to assist in the cost of higher education. All college-bound seniors who have played in the NJ Youth Soccer system are encouraged to apply for one or more of the three annual scholarships that are available. Read more.

CORNERSTONE Activity: 4v4 Plus Goalkeeper

A CORNERSTONE activity is one that can serve as the foundation for your entire practice and with a few modifications you can build an entire practice session around this activity. 4v4 Plus Goalkeeper is a basic game that teaches players of every age and level everything about the game. Read more.

Concussion Protocol

NJ Youth Soccer has adopted the US Youth Soccer Concussion Protocol for each of our events. We want to strongly encourage all member clubs to utilize this protocol. Read more.
