East Windsor, N.J. (Feb. 10, 2020) ― New Jersey Youth Soccer recently hosted its 32nd Annual NJYS Awards Dinner Presented by RWJBarnabas Health, where many players, coaches and members of the soccer community were celebrated at the Pines Manor in Edison, N.J. Among the honorees was Jackson Soccer Club, which was selected as the 2019 NJYS Recreation Program of the Year.

"The Jackson Soccer Club is honored to be recognized by New Jersey Youth Soccer for our recreation soccer program," said Roger Vogel, President of Jackson Soccer Club. "We look forward to continue working with other organizations to create environments where all levels of youth soccer players can enjoy the sport."

Following rapid growth on the recreation side, the club has since created a successful travel program. Additionally, Jackson Soccer Club mentors and develops referees, having young referees work alongside veterans so they can fully understand and implement the rules of the game. An active member of the Jackson community, the club hosts an annual blood drive, food drive and supports Wreaths Across America during the holidays each year.
