NJYS will be hosting a National Youth License coaching course from August 18 through August 22, 2010.  The course will be limited to 40 candidates and will be filled primarily on a first come first basis. The course will be held the Mary E. Roberts Elementary School, 290 Crescent Ave, Moorestown, NJ  08057

Times:	Check-in between 4:00-6:15PM on August 18, 2010 Course concludes at 4:00 pm on Sunday, August 22, 2010

Cost:	$650  Does not includes room and board

Application:

• A $150.00 non-refundable application fee or full tuition is due with the application, balance paid by June 30, 2010.

• One passport size photograph (1" x 2").

• A copy of US Youth Soccer “D” Certificate/License or copy of highest license/diploma received

• A completed application must be accompanied by the above in order to be accepted and a place reserved.

• Complete and bring the USSF Coaches Health Form to the registration

Information on travel, check-in procedures, suggested equipment, course schedule, etc. will be sent out to candidates after their application has been received. The balance of payment will be due on or before June 30, 2010.
