The team's coach or manager must have all of the following documents in his/her
possession and available for inspection at all times during NJYS Championships,
Regional Championships, and National Competitions and the NJYS State Cup:
- US Youth Soccer Member passes for all rostered players
- All member passes must be current and valid
- All NJYS member passes must be validated by a District Commissioner
- Coaches passes for all coaches listed on that team's roster
- All member passes must be current and valid
- All member passes must be validated by a District Commissioner
- Official Team Roster Including all Add/Drop forms (Player/Coach Status forms)
- Game Roster on NJYS Game Report Form
- Notarized Medical Release forms
- Photocopy of Birth Certificates
Check in is required for all games held at the centralized locations.
For quarter final games, the NJYS Cup Committee will review all documentation listed
above. The coach or manager can complete these reviews. The coach or manager shall also submit a fully completed game
report.
At the semi final game, the player pass of each player will be
verified against the frozen roster. The NJYS Cup Committee will review all documentation
listed above. The team must also submit a game report with the team name complete and the
roster of players.
At the final games, each player must be present to check in with the NJYS Cup Committee. The NJYS
Cup Committee will review
all documentation listed above. The team must also submit a game card with the team name
complete and the roster of players. Players will be verified by their passes.
Important Information for Teams playing Games at a Centralized
Location
NJYS will schedule all semi-final and final matches. NJYS will assign all referees to these matches and there will
be a three referee crew for each match. NJYS will pay referees
for the semi-final and final matches.
Semi final and final matches for the Fall will be held at a central location. U19 Boys and Girls Semi Final and Final
matches for the Summer 2011 edition of the competition will be held at the Drum
Point Soccer Complex in Brick. Click here for

Teams that advance to the semi final competition
must prepare a Regional Roster and have it available at the semi final match for
the NJYS Cup Committee. Roster can be found under the Game Card and Game Day Information tab.
Items each team must have at these games
are:

The game report. You must use the official game report. Your team should fill in the team name
and the game roster, i.e., Player Name, Player Pass Number, and Uniform Number.
The team manager or coach should sign the report. The referee will complete the
rest of the report and return the completed report to NJYS.
- Medical Releases for all your players
- Player and Coaches passes
- Proper behavior on the side lines
Teams competing in the New Jersey Youth Soccer State Cup
competition should also complete the Regional Roster but are not eligible to
have use the club pass.
Teams that are waiting for their match cannot warm up or
congregate along the goal line of an active field or between fields. NJYS will
designate an area for teams waiting for their match and teams are expected to
stay within the area for their warm up activities. Teams not adhering to this
requirement will be subject to disciplinary action and may be fined $100.00.

Note: Players are only required to check-in at the Finals, not at either
Quarter-Finals or Semi-Finals.

At any centralized location, referees will be assigned by the NJYS
Referee Assignor. Teams do not to report the game score for games played at a
central site.
A maximum of four (4) carded, rostered coaches, assistant
coaches, administrators, trainers, etc for each team will be permitted on the
sidelines with the rostered players. Sideline passes must be displayed
prominently.
Spectator areas are behind the marked only area. Please be
considerate of other games in progress. There is plenty of area for player warm
up and preparations without congregating along the goal lines or between
fields. Proper behavior is required on the sidelines.
Your cooperation and that of your players and spectators will
be greatly appreciated.
