Replacing a Lost Coaching License
If you have taken a NJYS license course but can no longer find your copy of the license that was issued, NJYS will perform a search of our records and, if we can verify that you took the course, we will issue a replacement license. However, NJYS will no longer accept requests to replace lost license certificates that were taken/obtained prior to January 1, 1998 There is a $25 fee for this service.
