US Soccer National Youth License
The US Soccer/US Youth Soccer National Youth License is a 5-day course that combines both classroom (theory) and practical (field) sessions, and concludes with written, oral, and practical examinations. Candidates will be videotaped throughout the course; they will leave with a better understanding of the adjustments that adults must make in order to become a better and more effective coach to our young players
NJYS will be hosting a National Youth License coaching course from June 26 through June 30, 2013 in Mullica Hill, NJ. The course will be limited to 40 candidates and will be filled on a first come first basis. The course will be held at the William Wilt Soccer Complex, Mullica Hill, NJ.

Complete the online Application Form
A $175.00 non-refundable application fee or full tuition is due with the application, balance due by June 3, 2013
One passport size photograph (1" x 2")
A copy of US Youth Soccer “E” Certificate/License or copy of highest license/diploma received
A completed application must be accompanied by the above in order to be accepted and a place reserved
Completed Release of Liability and Coach Health Report forms must accompany the above

Confirmation of application acceptance will be sent along with information on travel, check in procedures, suggested equipment, course schedule and more.
Balance of payment due on June 3, 2013.
