Non Volunteer Coaches Pass
NJYS offers to include non volunteer coaches in our general liability insurance protection for a fee of $200. To obtain this protection and a non volunteer coaches pass, you need to come to our office. You will need:

 - photo identification
 - small color picture (about 1" x 1"), a passport picture is the correct size
 - copy of your coaching license.

You can either download the Non Volunteer Membership Form from our website or complete a form at the office. You will also be asked to complete a NJYS KidSafe Form.  If you download and complete these forms ahead of time, it will save time in processing your pass.

Our office is at 569 Abbington Drive, East Windsor, NJ 08520. [directions].   We are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You can also obtain a non volunteer pass without the NJYS liability insurance if you maintain your own general liability insurance and are willing to issue a Certificate of Additional Named Insured naming NJYS as being covered under your insurance.  The fee for this pass is $30 and the requirements to obtain are the same as above with the additional requirement that you present a Certificate of Additional Named Insured.
